My roles and responsibilities for this project include pre-award activities and post award activities, including leading the FEED review team, project cost estimation, ITB preparation, engagement with Iraqi Host Authorities and seeking approval and negotiation, bid evaluation, Techno-Commercial discussion with potential bidder, detailed design activities, technical discussion, change order, construction issues and other related activities. Leading one of the Top #6 HSE Risk in Garraf Oil Field and members of Management HSE Visit Team.

1st June 1977 Joined Houseman Ltd, Water Treatment Specialists as a Trainee Service Engineer. Progressed through direct sales positions into Regional Sales Management in the Central South of England in 1984, General Sales Manager in 1987, and progressed to National Sales Manager in January 1994.Promoted to Business Development Director in June 1997 after the company was acquired by Degremont SA. Promoted to Vice President Technical in the newly formed Aquazur Division of Degremont in 1998. In June 1999 left to join Halox Technologies inc of Bridgeport, CT, USA as International Sales Manager. Was promoted to Vice president Sales and Marketing in January 2000. Working with venture capital funding to build the company which was subsequently acquired by IDEX Corporation of Chicago, IL in 2002.
In June 2004 joined Waterchem Ltd, of Worcester, UK as Technical Director, also responsible for sales and profit in the south of England, and worked to build the company from sales of £1.4m pa and break even to £8.2m in 2010 with a profit of £1.45m. Was also responsible for new product development in the company and introduced successful, novel chemical product lines.

Shakeel Harun, Executive Chairman, currently runs a very successful sport services company which he started 4 years ago. This employs thirty sports coaches and has over four thousand clients. Shakeel has an extensive portfolio of properties in and around London, and in Dubai.
He also has a technical services company that services his own and clients’ properties as well as coffee shops and restaurants.

With a career spanning almost 50 years Alan Davis has worked his way up the corporate ladder from Salesman to Director. His contribution to the success of Wang Limited in the UK was down to his ability to manage and motivate people, which caused him to rise rapidly through the company hierarchy . This allowed him to acquire the various necessary skills to work in a position of influence and management to push the companies he has worked at further in terms of growth and expansion through corporate transition.
